eLanti offers a curated selection of handcrafted homeware, decor, and accessories sourced from African artisans. We strive to display product images and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in color, size, texture, and design may occur. These variations are inherent to artisanal goods and are not considered defects.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
6. Pricing and Payment

We will provide estimated delivery times at checkout or upon request. While we strive for timely delivery, eLanti is not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural disasters, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
9. Returns Policy (30-Day Returns)
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
