When you purchase eLanti products directly from our website (outside of Takealot), we partner with reputable South African courier services (e.g., The Courier Guy, Aramex, FedEx) to ensure your order reaches you safely and efficiently. Options will be presented at checkout based on your delivery address and the size/nature of your order.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your eLanti purchase. We offer a 30-Day Returns policy, allowing you to return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition and packaging. Please be aware that custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. eLanti offers international shipping to bring the beauty of African artistry to homes worldwide. For these orders, we partner with trusted international courier services (e.g., FedEx, DHL) to provide secure and tracked delivery. Shipping times and costs for international orders will vary significantly based on the destination and the specific product. Please note that international orders may also be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country, which are the responsibility of the customer.

You will receive tracking information for your order regardless of the shipping method chosen, allowing you to monitor its journey from our artisans to your doorstep.

Payments

eLanti accepts a variety of secure payment methods to ensure a smooth checkout experience. These typically include major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), Instant EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) for direct bank payments within South Africa, and potentially other local digital payment solutions common in the South African e-commerce landscape. Shipping & Returns

To return your purchase, eLanti offers a 30-Day Returns policy. You can return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. It’s important that items are returned in their original condition and packaging. Please note that custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Once your returned product has been received and evaluated by our returns team to confirm it meets the return policy conditions (e.g., in original condition and packaging), the refund process will be initiated.

  • For purchases made via Takealot.com: Refunds will be processed according to Takealot’s policies. Typically, if you paid by credit/debit card or certain other digital payment methods, funds can take 3 to 5 business days to reflect in your account, subject to your bank or payment provider’s processing times. If you opted for Takealot credit, it’s usually applied within 2 business days.

  • For purchases made directly from eLanti’s website: Once your return is approved after inspection, we aim to process the refund to your original method of payment within a few business days. The actual reflection of funds in your account will then depend on your bank’s processing times, which generally takes 3 to 7 business days.
